New Purse Patterns by Indygo Junction

2 new purse patterns have just arrived from Indygo Junction and, if you really like vintage inspired designs, check out these patterns!  The first purse is a retro style bag from the 1940's called the Victory Bags Pattern which has a set in gusset base, a practical size and instructions for either an open zipper inside or a pocket with a zipper. Finished size is 14" W x 11" H x 3" D.  There are 2 designs included with this pattern - one has a pleat detailing running sideways from a center panel and fastening with a long narrow flap.  The other style has a lower front section pleated on to an upper yoke panel with a wide flap and tab.

The other retro purse pattern is the Streetcars Bag Pattern which has an early 1950's flair, with a roomy interior and unique detailing. There are 2 versions included - one with a pleated overlay on the front and the other with a stylized flap. Both bag styles measure approximately 17" W x 13" H x 5" D when finished.

Both bag patterns (The Victory Bags Pattern and the Streetcar Bags Pattern) come with full size pattern pieces and detailed instructions.
