Yummy Fabric from Jo-Ann's Fabric Store

I was going through Jo-Ann's the other day and ran across some fabric that absolutely spoke to me!  It is called "BBQ" and has many features that I really like, including the fact that it is based on one of my favorite foods, it is vintage inspired (1950-1960), and it has pigs on it!  Could I possibly ask for more?

Of course it inspired me to make (what else?) a new handbag so here it is!  Let me know if you think I should write up this purse pattern for Henny Penny Patterns!

Kati Cupcake's Favorite Bag Pattern

Amy Hamberlin of Katie Cupcake now has a personal favorite bag pattern, called (of course!) My Favorite Bag!  This is a great everyday bag with grommets and a cute tie decoration (sash) that fastens into a bow or just a tie on the front.  Also included is a pattern for a carrying case (Clutch, diaper, wipes case).

There are lots of pockets inside and out and the finished size is 18" H x 15" W x 5" D. We also carry the grommets you need in 8 different colors, including your favorite metallics!
